Recycling of Electric Vehicle Batteries Advances in the Brazilian Legislature
Bill PL 2,496/2024 was introduced in the Federal Senate, establishing the National Policy for Recycling Electric Vehicle Batteries. The proposal aims to structure a coordinated system of reverse logistics and reuse of critical materials, focusing on sustainability, safety, and technological development.
