Recently, the PCN team traveled to Mexico and the United States to conduct factory audits as part of the maintenance process for household appliance certification.
During these assessments, we comprehensively evaluated the manufacturing process, verifying the controls implemented throughout production, the inspections and testing performed, product traceability, the handling of nonconformities, and all other evidence required to confirm that the products continue to meet the applicable certification requirements.
This international presence enables PCN to directly monitor the manufacturing conditions of certified products, regardless of their country of origin.
More than a formal requirement, auditing is an essential tool for identifying deviations, strengthening manufacturers' quality controls, and maintaining confidence in the conformity of products placed on the market.
