PCN participates in the 28th Certification Forum for Telecommunications Products 2025
On November 26 and 27, the 28th Certification Forum for Telecommunications Products 2025 was held in Campinas, São Paulo. The event was promoted by Anatel – the Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency – in partnership with the Telecommunications Research and Development Center (CPQD) and Abinee – the Brazilian Electrical and Electronics Industry Association.
Marcondes Araújo, telecommunications specialist, and Matheus de Pauli, certification specialist, attended the event, where discussions were held on Resolution No. 780/2025, piracy, marketplaces, data centers, cybersecurity, conformity marks, and the future actions planned by the Agency, including topics related to market surveillance and lithium accumulators for stationary applications.
One of the key highlights of the event was the announcement of the publication of Act No. 18,086, dated November 25, 2025, which approves the operational procedure for administrative processing within the Integrated Foreign Trade System (Siscomex) for import operations of goods subject to homologation by Anatel. This integration aims to simplify procedures, improve regulatory monitoring, and promote greater efficiency and security for both industry and consumers.
