Industry legislative agenda for 2025
The National Confederation of Industry (CNI) has launched the 30th edition of the Industry Legislative Agenda, highlighting crucial issues for Brazil's sustainable economic development. Among the 135 proposals currently being processed in the National Congress, the agenda emphasizes the need to improve quality infrastructure, which is essential to increasing the competitiveness of Brazilian industry.
Quality infrastructure encompasses privatization processes, concessions and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), allowing the transfer of companies and assets to the private sector under new governance. To attract private investment, it is necessary to mitigate legal, contractual and regulatory risks, in addition to providing adequate financing mechanisms.
The PCN reinforces the importance of public policies that strengthen quality infrastructure, promoting conformity assessment and ensuring that products and services meet established technical standards. This approach not only drives innovation and efficiency, but also ensures consumer safety and trust. For more details, visit the Industry Legislative Agenda 2025: https://lnkd.in/dtYk843e.
