In 2024, we worked hard. We expanded our operational centers in Brazil, aiming to better meet the needs and desires of the national industry. We continued to support our Asian customers and partners, relationships that have lasted for more than ten years. We strengthened our presence in the United States and European Community markets. We participated in international events that are cutting-edge in our segments, proudly representing our country on the international stage.
However, it was a cycle that brought with it a great challenge. The biggest climate tragedy in the history of RS severely impacted operations at our bases in Porto Alegre and Caxias do Sul. This event, obviously, arrived without prior warning. We had to revisit, on an emergency basis, logistical and budgetary arrangements, to mitigate losses for our teams and the communities in which we operate.
We were able to see, in practice, the strength of the bonds built with customers and strategic partners. Something that makes us reflect and inspires us for a year of even greater effort and dedication.
