The CEO for PCN operations in Latin America, Kim Rieffel, spoke out in relation to the climate crisis facing the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

PCN operations in Latin America began in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. In the metropolitan region, the mountains, the valleys, the Costa Doce, among many others, there are people who are vital to the proper functioning of our teams, as well as their families. and friends. Customers, suppliers and strategic partners with many years of work and joint journeys also operate in the state.

In this period of extreme sensitivity for the people of Rio Grande do Sul, we are imbued with the spirits of pride and solidarity, which have infected a massive portion of the population – not only in the state, but in several other regions of the country.

In parallel with meeting the daily demands of its operations, PCN teams are involved in a series of initiatives that aim to minimize the impact of the climate catastrophe on the most varied spheres of local society. We will soon publish material reporting the budgetary allocations, actions developed and their respective scope to support tackling the climate crisis.

We apologize in advance to customers, partners and other interested parties for logistical and tactical-operational issues that need to be extraordinarily addressed during this period.

Rest assured that we are doing our best to, even considering the civil duties necessary in this context, maintain the usual levels of excellence in our service and support.

Sure of your understanding,

Kim Albuquerque Rieffel, PCN Latin America, CEO
